Our noon meeting today was on Zoom. Jo Ann Boone was our speaker and gave a sincere thank you from both schools for Rotary's contribution. The Blood Donor Clinic is this week. Bob Stokes has requested all members spread the word about the clinic as numbers are down because of the requirements to get in the clinic. Click on the Ray and read the minutes. Have a great week!!

Correspondence:
- We can meet at the Ayr Motor Centre moving forward. Our next meeting will be in person at Ayr Motor Centre.
- A thank you from Friends of Hartland inc for the $100 000.00 donation toward the Central Carleton Community Complex. We were given a tax receipt as well.
New Business / Committee reports:
- Bob Stokes – Blood Donor Clinic, Blood Donor Clinic is Tuesday, Wednesday this week. The clinic was booked full last week, this morning Bob received an email from Blood Services and there are more than 20 vacancies today. Please promote the clinic as much as possible on social media or any other means you have, we hope to have our numbers come back up.
- Scott Dunlp – Haunted Drive Through is 26 sleeps away. We have lots of interest from Rotoract and Interact. We are hoping to have approval from the Town of Woodstock this week and next week we should have an update and more information.
- Corey Clark – Bingo Committee, This week the Jackpot will be $8000.00. Each week we have commercials that we run during the broadcast. Any Rotarians that have something to promote or a commercial that they would like to have aired get ahold of Scott, Corey, or Rob. Also we will be recording new commercials this fall any committees or Rotarians that have an idea or want a commercial get ahold of us.
- Matt Box – Interact, WHS interact has a large group that has said they want to be active and help the Rotary Club.

Jo Ann thanked the Rotary Club for supporting the local schools. She reviewed some of the things Rotary Club of Woodstock has supported such as Books, playground, wiggle hall, school trips, and knowledge. Jo Ann Stated that our Rotary Club is helping future leaders and giving students opportunities.

- Eugene Craig – Yesterday I completed my 73rd turn around the sun. (my Birthday)
- Hilary Stockford – We harvested more pumpkins on the weekend. A bumper crop this year.
- Rod Hawkins – My son and I went bird hunting but never saw a bird. We were able to harvest some fresh mushrooms and cooked them up.
- Shelly Hubbert- Rob, I like the format of the new bulletin with Birthdays and anniversaires.
